BIG step up from my previous insurance brokers. I'm currently working with Elie Greige for auto and commercial insurance. He's super competent, patient and courteous. I came to him with an urgent need to be insured (my previous broker let me operate 2-3 years without proper coverage and even when it was flagged, it was still not corrected over a month later!!). We got everything set up within a week (and let's just say there was LOTS of customization for my particular case). The rates are fair and the paperwork is straightforward. Very satisfied so far and I genuinely feel taken care of. All my questions were answered with no ambiguity in writing. Haven't had a claim yet (or ever hopefully), but will update this review if ever I do to share my experience on the process. Thanks KBD and Elie.

I had Alisha as my representative. Ya she was very friendly and polite, ya she responded to all my questions and concerns, ya she saved me a boat load of money. But most reps can right! My first time with this broker is an amazing experience. They are quick to answer all your questions. They told me about somethings that other brokers didn’t. I am very please on what they offered me as insurance. I would recommend this broker to who ever is looking for house or auto insurance. I am 100% satisfied with their service that they provided me.
